This rich and healthy bread is created from combination of three types of flour: oats flour, whole wheat flour and white flour. Oats are an excellent food for health, and this is different way to eat them. The whole wheat adds greater amount of fiber, making this bread an excellent option for those health conscious or dieting. The crust is firm and the crumb is soft. Delicious with cheese or fruit jams.

The recipe is an adaptation of the oat bread recipe from the book Breads from the World. It is my contribution for BBD#veinticuatro "Mixed breads". A monthly event for people who love to bake bread and bread lovers. Take look at this charming and delightful world of bread.
